What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST):

BCST is a therapeutic practice that uses gentle light touch to regulate the nervous system, ease physical pain and emotional stress, and promote balance in the body and mind.

A variety of conditions may respond well to Craniosacral Therapy:

What to expect:
 

An initial consultation will begin with a 5-10-minute chat to learn about your health history before asking you to lie fully clothed on the treatment table. With your consent, I will then make gentle contact with your body through my hands and guide you to explore the arising feelings and sensations. An appointment lasts for 60 minutes.

About me:

I'm Chung Nguyen, a Vietnamese dance artist and performance maker based in Naarm/Melbourne.

I'm currently pursuing a 2-year practitioner training course in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) through Body Intelligence. I am halfway through my training and am offering free weekly sessions until November 2023 to those who are interested. 

Pregnancy and babies, and children under 18 years old with a guardian are now welcome to make inquiries about an initial appointment.

Practice sessions are free of charge and will take place in the front room of my house in Carlton.
