About Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a therapeutic practice that uses gentle light touch to regulate the nervous system, ease physical pain and emotional stress, and promote balance in the body and mind.

In BCST treatment, the practitioner attentively listens to the inherent vitality and health expressed through the rhythmic, tidal movements within your body. This approach invites these natural rhythms to emerge regardless of any existing health issues.

Through gentle touch and their empathetic presence, the practitioner also creates a non-judgmental space for you to connect with your body's sensations, helping you to recognise its harmonious rhythms in the present moment.

Further information about BCST is available here.
