Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a therapeutic hands-on practice that uses gentle light touch to regulate the nervous system, ease physical pain and emotional stress, and foster balance in the body and mind.

Craniosacral Therapy has its roots in the discoveries made by Osteopath Dr William Garner Sutherland in the late 1800s. He developed an approach to Osteopathy known as “the Cranial Concept”. These original concepts have been refined and extended to become the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy of today.

Services are provided by Chung Nguyen, a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and professional member of the Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists (PACT).

Conditions that BCST can help to address:

  • Back, Neck & Skeletal Pain.

  • Shoulders, Elbow & Wrist Pain

  • TMJ/ Jaw Issues

  • Migraine & Headaches

  • Emotional Stress & Anxiety

  • Nervous System Dysregulation

  • Trauma

Services

I offer BCST appointments to adults at my home clinic in Carlton, Melbourne.

My approach to treatment is centred on the client's needs, focused on developing a strong therapeutic relationship, and based on a collaborative process.

I've supported clients with a range of presenting issues, including chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and injury recovery, and also enjoy working with members of the Queer community and people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

$130 / $110 (Concession) for a 1-hour session.

A further reduced rate can also be arranged if you are unable to afford the concession fee.
