Cancellation policy

Please aim to provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment. A service fee of $66 will be charged for non-attendance and appointments cancelled with 0–24 hours' notice.

Payment methods

Fees are payable by bank transfer/PayID, Visa or Mastercard and processed online at the end of your appointment.

Fee adjustments

Fees are subject to change and are usually adjusted at the start of each financial year in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Upon completing your booking, you will receive a registration form in the confirmation email. Please fill out the form before your appointment.
