Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, holistic approach that works with your body's natural healing abilities.
Through sensory, intentional touch, BCST helps restore balance to your nervous system, releasing deeply held physical tensions and emotional patterns that may underlie discomfort or illness.
BCST acknowledges the profound interconnection between your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health, creating space for deep healing to emerge naturally from within. It offers relief for a wide range of conditions stemming from physical tension, emotional stress, anxiety, trauma, and nervous system imbalance.
BCST may help with
Back, neck and skeletal pain
TMJ and jaw issues
Migraine and headaches

Benefits can include
Improved balance, calmness, and relaxation in both body and mind
