Embody back body/space and front body/space. 

​Leaning forward to the future - holding back by the ancestor.

​No inside, outside, there is no end.

​Pumping - fluid everywhere in the body.

​What/how does it mean to rest, to that non-doing fluid space?

​3 layers (front, middle, back), explore our own spaces/layers and embody them through rhythm. Transitioning from one space to another.

​The fluid space, the freedom, the possibility to move from one space to another, to be together in space.

​Bring about different sensations, experiences, and responses.

Moving from the front but with awareness in the back.

​We are the space, no separation.
