Touch and movement are fundamental aspects of our human experience, allowing us to cultivate a sense of community that fosters safety, freedom, creativity, and bonding among individuals.
This workshop invites you to embody the relationship between movement, play, interaction, rest, and touch as resources for both well-being and creativity. Drawing from my somatic practice and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, the explorations throughout the workshop include:
+ Scribbling to embody bodily sensations, movement, and interaction.
+ Listening from the spine, embodying it as the central midline to connect with others and external space.
+ Resting and tuning into a receptive state through touch.
The workshop will be facilitated by Chung Nguyen, a dance artist and registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.
Sliding scale fees: $30 | $25 | $20.
All welcome.
